Thorlee Guest House 3 star
The Thorlee Guest House, shown left, is the perfect B&B for those wanting the most central location. Set right in the very centre of Stornoway the Thorlee is within walking distance of many of the town amenities and facilities. The ferry terminal and local bus station or virtually within seconds of the guest house and Stornoway airport is just over 5 minutes away in a bus, taxi cab or car. This make the Thorlee perfect for both the business traveler and those visitors wishing to tour the Isle of Lewis.
Royal Hotel 2 star
Closer to the town centre, overlooking Stornoway harbour and the marina, is the Royal Hotel. Offering bed and breakfast in the most historic hotel in Stornoway the Royal also has one of the latest (and first) cafe bars in Stornoway. Together with the Boathouse Restaurant the Royal Hotel offers a fine selection of food.

Cabarfeidh Hotel 3 star
Finally we take a look at the prestigious Cabarfeidh Hotel which offers luxurious Stornoway bed and breakfast in the most beautiful surroundings on the outskirts of the town. The well maintained gardens feature mature trees and shrubs while the nearby Lews Castle grounds have a much wider selection of tree species set in a most wonderful landscape and within walking distance of the Cabarfeidh Hotel (you can see the grounds on the opposite side of the road to the hotel).

Caladh Inn 2 star
The Caladh is the largest hotel in Stornoway and perfectly situated being the closest to the airport and ferry and withing a minute from the town centre. The restaurant serves Scottish and international cuisine with a modern, buffet style set up.

In a historic Listed building on Stornoway’s prestigious Matheson Road, this spacious 4-star apartment has been completely modernised to offer all the latest facilities. Cairn Dhu Apartment is a few minutes’ walk from the town centre. Other shops, a golf course, Lews Castle, a post office and a butchers (selling the world-famous Stornoway Black Pudding) are all only a minute away.
